The HXS series electric gravel vacuum is a fantastic piece of equipment for helping to keep your aquarium looking at its best! The item is very easy to use, and can be setup in a variety of ways depending on your application.
These electrically operated gravel cleaners have more power and are more reliable than the cheaper battery operated gravel cleaners. A hose can be connected onto the outlet, and water can then be pumped to a drain or bucket. Alternatively, the supplied filter vessel can be attached to the unit which will allow you to clean the aquarium gravel and the water will be filtered of waste before it is returned back to the aquarium.

These battery vacuums are available in two pump sizes 800l/h and 1000l/h. If you have a deeper tank, or are looking to pump water down a hose which is over 5 meters, we recommend the larger 1000l/h model.
