External Filter Booster - Add-On Filter (2 Sizes)
Our external filter boosters are designed to be used alongside an existing external canister filter to quickly and easily increase your filtration volume. These filter canisters do not have a pump, so they are connected into the water exit line on your existing canister filter and pumped through this booster unit.
These filter boosters are available in two different sizes. The small one holds 1.2 litres, and the large one 2.3 litres. They also have different pipe diameter connections.

Each booster comes complete with fine, medium and coarse foams. These filters are also supplied with both inlet and outlet shut-off taps to allow for easy maintenance of the filter. They can be used for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
These filters are ideal for our range of 1000l/h, 1400l/h and 2000l/h external filters, and will also be compatible with many other brands of filter too. Please check the hose pipe diameter of your filter to order the correct model.
